  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
  • Where do you ship?
    We’re happy to let you know that we currently ship within the United States. However, please note that we are unable to ship to certain regions, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico at this time.     At Pétille, we take great pride in crafting high-quality pet clothing with care and attention to detail. Due to the special nature of pet supplies, in order to avoid cross-contamination, non-quality problems are not refundable or exchangeable. Thank you for choosing Pétille!   • How long does the refund take?
    Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account. The money will be returned in the original way.
  • What should I do if I am concerned about the items?
    We recommend double-checking our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your furry friend. If you do have any concerns about the quality of the item you received, such as damage or defects, please send us an email with a description of the issue, along with photos or an unboxing video, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

    We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
